Educational Programs

High-impact resources to help you grow relationships with clients and prospects.

Lifestage Navigation™

Developed exclusively for Bank of America, Lifestage Navigation™ is a highly interactive learning solution. It utilizes a multifaceted learning approach designed to deepen client-facing employees’ understanding of consumers’ unique preferences, needs, and challenges across six key adult lifestages (early adulthood, parenting, caregiving, retirement, widowhood, and end of life/legacy). Age Wave partnered with SweetRush, an award-winning learning development group, to create a differentiated advantage for learners utilizing decades of Age Wave’s groundbreaking research and the latest learning development techniques and tools.

Lifestage Navigation™ includes seven hours of interactive eLearning and five hours of self-paced learning and coach-led practice within nine introductory and six advanced modules. The program guides learners through the journey of each lifestage identifying key client/Bank interactions, explores biases, and teaches and simulates learners how to have more effective client conversations that build and strengthen lifelong relationships while helping clients by delivering more targeted solutions.

The Certified Financial Planners Board has granted the program ten hours of continuing education units for learners that qualify.

The program is being rolled out through 2020.
