Stacy Cranston
Manager, Office of the President
As Manager, Office of the President, Stacy Cranston provides a high level of operations support across the board for Elyse Pellman, Age Wave’s President. Her extensive responsibilities include serving as a liaison between clients and project partners, shaping project deliverables, coordinating complex meetings and travel, vetting new business opportunities, and conducting background research and preparing materials for client meetings.
Stacy coordinates the work of vendors, consultants, and service providers to ensure the successful operations of Age Wave’s entrepreneurial environment. In addition, she provides project support to a myriad of Age Wave’s ventures and serves as the organization’s human resources representative, overseeing recruiting efforts, onboarding, and communicating HR policies. Her impeccable organization, multi-tasking, and critical thinking skills are key to the everyday success of Age Wave’s business.
Stacy brings nearly 20 years of administrative support experience to Age Wave, including management of activities for c-level executives, client-customer relations, project coordination, expense management, and office operations. She also brings a passion and deep understanding of the issues related to aging in America, having served as an executive assistant at the Jewish Home, a senior housing facility. While there, her responsibilities included facilitating state-mandated meetings and managing nursing recruitment.
Previously, she worked at Emeritus Senior Living, now Brookdale Senior Living Solutions, where she oversaw office expansion construction projects, managed office operations, and provided executive support. Earlier in her career, Stacy worked at Live Nation, formerly Signatures Network, focusing on music artists’ merchandising and licensing. Her responsibilities included contract administration and managing communications between artist relations executives and clients’ representatives.
Stacy earned a BSS (Bachelor of Specialized Studies) degree from Ohio University with a concentration in film studies and sociology. In her free time, she enjoys volunteering, hiking and camping in the summer, and skiing and snowboarding at Lake Tahoe in the winter.
