At Age Wave we take your privacy very seriously. We do not give away or sell information about individuals who visit our website. We do not try to learn more about individuals who visit our website without their knowledge.
When it comes to web privacy there are three traditional areas of interest: (1) automatically collected information, (2) voluntarily provided information, and (3) tracking cookies.
Automatically Collected Information
In order to improve the site we do occasionally analyze the data that is logged by our web server. This data is the standard data that visitors’ browsers provide and most web servers collect and temporarily store; it does not include any personal information, although it may include basic information about your computer, your IP address, and the website you visited before reaching agewave.com; we only analyze the data in aggregate and only to learn facts such as which pages on our site are the most popular.
Voluntarily Provided Information
Our site provides email addresses and/or forms you can use to contact Age Wave. Information submitted may be retained beyond the time of correspondence, at our discretion, if we believe that the writer would be interested in hearing from us at a later date on the same subject or a related one. We honor all requests not to retain contact information and to remove contact information from our files; removal is manual so that it happens as quickly as possible.
At this time the only cookies used on agewave.com are session variables. Session variables expire after a visitor leaves the website or when visitors exit from their browsers. This random string is stored in the browser temporarily and is used only in certain circumstances to ensure that visitors can go back to the page they came from. Session variables cannot be used to track a visitor from one visit to the next or from one website to another.
