Robert Morison is a highly accomplished business researcher, writer, discussion leader, and management consultant. He has been leading breakthrough research at the intersection of business, technology, and human-asset management for more than 20 years, writing on topics from workforce management and business innovation to business process reengineering and business analytics.
Bob has been collaborating with Dr. Ken Dychtwald and Age Wave for more than a dozen years, including managing—on behalf of a consortium of major corporations—the research projects “Demography is Destiny” and “The New Employee/Employer Equation,” coauthoring the McKinsey Award–winning Harvard Business Review article “It’s Time to Retire Retirement,” and coauthoring the book Workforce Crisis: How to Beat the Coming Shortage of Skills and Talent.
Bob has spoken before scores of corporate, industry, and government groups, and he has been a commentator on workforce issues on PBS’ Nightly Business Report. His latest book is Analytics at Work: Smarter Decisions, Better Results.
Bob currently serves as Senior Advisor with Age Wave and Lead Faculty for the International Institute for Analytics. He holds an AB from Dartmouth College and an MA from Boston University. Bob and his wife divide their time between Florida and Massachusetts, and he enjoys literary events, repairing old houses, and hiking in Downeast Maine.
