Senior Vice President, Production
Over the past 30+ years, Neil Steinberg has had a distinguished and diversified career in motion picture, television, and corporate video production. His work with Age Wave has spanned more than two decades and exemplifies his understanding of the maturing demographic in documentaries, multi-camera event coverage, and educational and promotional videos.
He has served as CEO for two successful independent production companies. His executive responsibilities include eight years as head of production for Dualstar Entertainment, a production firm owned by entertainers Mary-Kate and Ashley Olson. At Dualstar, Neil oversaw corporate strategic planning and creative development of all movie, television, literary, animation, and video game projects. Previously, he served as executive in charge of production for HSN. At this hospital-based network, he was responsible for more than 600 hours of programming.
Neil has also worked extensively as a writer, producer, and director in nearly all forms of media. He has produced nine feature-length movies starring Mary-Kate and Ashley Olson. Additionally, he was executive producer for the actress’ animated series for ABC Network and a live action sitcom for Fox Family Network.
Neil’s other producing credits include the feature film The Chaos Experiment, a psychological thriller starring Val Kilmer, a series of successful workout videos featuring fitness expert Jillian Michaels, a prime-time special for CBS with Carol Burnett, and a one-hour special starring matchmaker and relationship expert Patty Stanger that Neil wrote, produced, and directed for Lionsgate Entertainment.
As a documentary filmmaker, he produced and directed the highly-acclaimed PBS documentary, The Boomer Century. For the Weinstein Company, Neil co-wrote, produced, and directed a documentary on Bishop T.D. Jakes. He also produced and directed Kisses, hosted by Lauren Bacall for TNT Network. Neil holds wide-ranging corporate video production experience with clients as varied as Bank of America, Merrill Lynch, Toyota, Genworth Financial, Charles Schwab, and MasterCard.
Neil holds a degree from Loyola Marymount University. He currently resides in Los Angeles with his wife Jacqueline and their son Matthew. Originally from Chicago, he remains a loyal Cubs fan.
