Katy Flick brings a wealth of research experience and first-hand Millennial insight to the Age Wave team, where she will be assisting in the research and analysis of data pertaining to aging and lifestages. One of Katy’s highest professional priorities is to apply her love for learning and passion for research to make a difference in the world a perfect fit for Age Wave.
Before joining our team, Katy was with Nielsen as an on-site client manager at Johnson & Johnson, where she designed, analyzed, synthesized, and presented research priorities and marketing strategy. In addition, Katy provided multi-faceted insights on age-segmented buying households for consumer health brands. She received an Impact Award in both 2015 and 2016 for delivering “value above and beyond” for both Nielsen and Johnson & Johnson.
Katy earned her BS from Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia, where she was chosen as the Marketing Student of the Year in 2015. Throughout her education, Katy gained research and marketing experience at a variety of companies, including Kimberly Clark, Euro Jet, and Hamilton Beach, where she discovered her passion for research.
Katy is new to the Bay Area. She loves the outdoors and is excited to explore the California mountains and coastline while adopting a more eco-conscious lifestyle.
