Prior to joining Age Wave, Mr. Baxter was an intelligence officer at the Central Intelligence Agency, where he orchestrated intelligence collection efforts and briefed key decision makers in the Commerce, Treasury, and State Departments on strategic developments in overseas markets and industries.
Mr. Baxter received his MBA at the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and his BA from Williams College.

The initiative garnered global media praise and were used to transform HSBC Bank’s retirement strategy.
Prior to joining Age Wave, Mr. Veto served on the Board of Directors and was Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Vice President of Strategic Planning at Bankers Life and Casualty Company, a firm focused on meeting the financial security needs of retirees. There, he undertook an innovative research program that uncovered the emotional drivers of retiree purchasing behavior and translated the findings into results-driven agent and employee educational programs.
Mr. Veto began his career at McKinsey & Company, where for nearly ten years he advised clients in the U.S., Mexico and throughout Europe in the financial services and healthcare industries. He earned his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois and his M.B.A. from INSEAD, the international business school in Fontainebleau, France. He resides in the San Francisco Bay area with his wife and two daughters.
Robyn Reynolds, Chief Administrative Officer
Robyn Reynolds brings more than 15 years of experience in administration, operations, sales, strategy, marketing, research, and project management to her position at Age Wave. She is responsible for managing Age Wave’s speaking engagements from business development to logistics. As chief administrative officer, Ms. Reynolds manages Dr. Dychtwald’s schedule as well as all administrative and operational functions within the organization, including: vendor relationships, financial oversight, and human resource functions. She also serves as a liaison between clients and project partners.
Prior to joining Age Wave, Ms. Reynolds spent four years at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she most recently served as a sales manager and proposal strategist. In this position, she was responsible for shaping sales strategy and writing proposal documents for audit, business assurance, and consulting opportunities. Earlier in her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, she served as an industry marketing manager, where she implemented and managed marketing initiatives for the U.S. Environmental Business Services practice, focusing primarily on merger and acquisition opportunities.
Ms. Reynolds has a BA in Business Management from the University of Georgia and lives in San Francisco’s North Beach neighborhood with her husband Ian.
Sarah Werling, Project Manager
Sarah Werling brings over 14 years of experience in project administration and client management to her role at Age Wave. For nearly five years, she has supported the Executive Vice President in all aspects of business development as well as managing Age Wave’s seminar systems business. As project manager of many of Age Wave’s multi-faceted initiatives, she has overseen thought leadership research studies, the development of professional and public learning programs, and video productions.
Prior to joining Age Wave, Ms. Werling spent several years in the mortgage industry, where her responsibilities included project management, office management, pipeline management, database management, loan processing, sales support and client care. Previously, Ms. Werling spent over seven years at Allstate Insurance as a Licensed Production Associate, providing property and casualty insurance sales.
Ms. Werling received a B.S. degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from San Francisco State University.

Anna Maier, Administrative Assistant
Anna Maier supports Age Wave’s important presentation activities and performs a variety of administrative tasks to keep the office running smoothly. As administrative assistant, her responsibilities include office management, coordinating calls and meetings, travel arrangements, website updates, accounting and billing. She also manages the DVD sales of Age Wave’s acclaimed PBS documentary, The Boomer Century.
Prior to joining Age Wave, Ms. Maier taught elementary school in Oakland for four years which equipped her with the ability to improvise and multi-task in a thorough and efficient manner. Ms. Maier has a BA in Psychology from Carleton College. She resides in Emeryville with her husband and dog.
